Review content:
Total scam. Was promised a gender determination scan and when i called i was told there was over a 99% chance they would be able to tell the gender and that something would be done if they couldn't. After waiting over an hour past the appointment time and being made to pay right when i walked in so we couldnt leave (with the full bladder they require) i was seen but a rude lady who talked in a very fake, condescending tone. She talked in circle during the whole scan claiming she was able to tell which body parts were which but all i saw was a blurred image and couldnt not even see my baby at all. After 18 minutes of her talking in circles and telling me how she couldnt tell on someone else before me (99% really?) she told me that the tissue (my fat) and the machine having mostly 4d capabilities (Not the 2d scan i paid for to be able to tell the gender) were the reasons she couldnt get a clear image and then made up with no image or proof that she was 85% sure it was a girl but not to count on that. I left in tears and later tried to go back to discuss what they could do for me since i felt it was a total waste of money to find we had been locked out even though there were still clients in there and they refused to answer the door after knocking repeatedly. After calling and listening to her belittle my intelligence by reading me some ""disclaimer"" she claims i signed, she said all she could do was offer me another session for an additional full payment. This business literally consists of just a lady who claims to be a sonographer and her male receptionist/office manager. I dont understand how they can get away with running a business like this and i really dont think she has ever even been properly trained considering she told me an embilical cord wrapped around her own babies neck during her whole pregnancy is not dangerous at all. I should have just saved my money and waited for my doctors appointment where they can get a perfectly clear image of the baby in detail without my ""tissue"" getting in the way. So disappointed and feel like an idiot for falling for this fraud.
