Review content:
Absolutely no hassle or even questions about our three dogs that were staying with us. Room, lobby and hallways were somewhat old and in need of small repairs but clean. The bed and pillows were somewhat uncomfortable but we slept well anyway. We had a room with a ""kitchen"" and were disappointed to find that there was no silverware, dishes, glasses or cookware to be found. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. There weren't many other guests when we stayed there so the place was very quiet, nothing woke us or our dogs up in the night.
Very close to London Bridge, shopping and lots of restaurants. The dog park by London Bridge was great for a little running around. As far as dog beaches go the whole place is very dog friendly and all water areas (except Rotary park) are ok for dogs (on a leash) but there are lots of people and lots of boats and nowhere to put dogs on a long lead and play. We drove to Parker and found that the campgrounds at Buckskin Mountain State Park were great for playing with the dogs in the river.
We tried to go to ""dog beach"" at Cattail Cove (about halfway between Lake Havasu and Parker) and paid $15 for a day pass only to find out that the trail (1.5 miles long) was physically impossible to do in the summer heat with no shade on the trail, no water nearby and our dogs feet were quite literally burning on the dark colored dirt and rocks. We didn't have any problem getting our money back though we wasted an hour or two total before we realized that.
All in all the hotel was excellent for the price we paid! We will definitely stay there again when we're there.
