Terrible Customer Service!!!
Bought an in-ground pool from them. Had a faulty part for the pool that was under warranty. They charged me for service trips and dumped chemicals in my pool without my authorization and charged me for it.
Their customer service is terrible. If you have to deal with Denise I feel sorry for you. She won't return calls and gives you an attitude if you call and are able to get a hold of her. The owner, Robb, won't return phone calls or emails on the above issues.
I think they are just nice to you until you give them the final payment, then you don't exist to them.
For the problems I went through, I wish I would have looked elsewhere for my pool. They are a terrible company to work with.
