I am a working mother with 2 kids and this leaves me no time for myself.In the last 3 years my waist line has been expanding and since diabetes runs in my family i was anxious to find a simple way to lose the weight without cumbersome exercise. The most i could manage was 30 mnt walk 4 times a week.After starting the SKINNY patch the first thing i noticed was that my energy stared going up and i had to struggle and make an effort to eat .It took me 4 months to lose 29 pounds i still have 15 more pounds to lose.No one knows about my being on diet as i just have to put a patch on my stomach which naturally curbs my appetite. These days my mother in law and my husband both are trying to find out whats going on. I would definitely continue with this product even once i reach my goal for the purpose of maintenance.\r
