Mr. Handyman of Florida delivered exceptional customer service right from the beginning to the end. I appreciated the fact that there was a satisfaction guarantee, that they were licensed, the level of experience of the technicians, and how politely I was treated with the initial call I made. All of the terms were spelled out clearly, the service technician arrived on time, did a fabulous job with my drywall repair and painting, was neat, courteous, and professional. I always felt safe (and that has not been the case with other handymen I've hired) with him in my home. The owner actually showed up during the job, which I thought was a tremendously impressive gesture, and made sure everything was going well. The quality of the work was the best I've ever had from any of the handymen I've used before. I was extremely pleased and will never use anyone but Mr. Handyman again! I have recommended them to several of my friends who have also been ""wowed"". I highly recommend Mr. Handyman if you are like me, and have several things to be done around the house, but don't have anyone to do them (or he doesn't want to!).
