There are no words for me to describe how wonderful Bayview has been for me during my first pregnancy. From my first visit to my last, all the staff, nurses and doctors made me feel comfortable and confident in my pregnancy, delivery and care of my newborn.
From the front desk to the doctors' chair, my expereince at Bayview was always excellent. The woman at the front desk was always friendly and cheerful which was a plus when I was 9 months pregnant in Florida's August weather! The woman who handled my account was very knowledgable and helpful which made the fact that I was ""self-pay"" much more manageable. The nurses were always kind and patient which put my foggy preganancy mind at ease. The doctors were nothing but the best - always very professional but also very personal. I appreciated the fact that they all got down on my level whenever I had questions or concerns. They always had the health of baby and momma at the front and center. This reassured me that I was always in the best hands possible. All the doctors are wonderful: however, Dr. Reyes delivered my little guy so I have a grand appreciation for him and the care I recieved during my last few pregnancy weeks, delivery and postpartum visits.
Also, I have been a GYN patient of Bayview for years. I cannot say enough about the GYN care I received from Dr. McNeill and his staff over the past 18 years.
Lord willing, I will be back with Bayview for my next pregnancy!
