Stay away! This business owner takes no responsibility for the quality of his work and is completely comfortable with his lack of competence. The heater coil on our van broke and despite bringing it into the shop 3 times for repairs the business owner could not figure out how to repair it. He offered no apology, no explanation for being unable to get it fixed. He took over $2,000 of our money and then failed to stand behind his work. I have a complaint in to the BBB over his unfair practices and the business owner lied to the BBB to say he had approval for his last job and to charge us $100 for topping off anti-freeze when he never got our okay for an estimate. His story changed three times about why he was charging us $100. The explanation to the BBB was his third version. Ricky will smile to your face and then lie and cheat you behind your back and still not get the job done. He dishonors Christians everywhere by claiming Christian business ethics.
