I have used cvs for years in several states. After today's episode, I don't think I would buy a band aid if I was bleeding to death. I found out after waiting over an hour in the store someone decided that I needed an old scrip filled and took it upon themselves to notify my current Dr. Now not only do I look like a drug addict, I have to do without my scrip for a month or forever. I didn't buy anything from you today as I will no longer be using cvs. Just so you know what kind of impact you have on the lives of people, without meds I will be bed ridden in a few days. Since I am a single parent of the last 14 years, guess the will have to go live with their mother. Thank you very much for ruining my life.
