Businiess name:  Canyon Ranch

Review content:
My wife and I went to the Canyon ranch while staying a few days at the Venetian. Excellent Hotel and great pool area but we were less than impressed with the Canyon Ranch despite the anticipation and hype. We wer etold it was the best anywhere and so does citysearch but we found it avreage at best. We get massages fairly regularly and I have learned to be very specific about what massage I want and the points to focus on. the massage I received was about as focused as the free poolside massage I received in Cabo. The staff in the men's locker room acted as though I was interrupting their opportunity to do nothing when I asked questions or made requests. There were continuous noises outside the massage room, construction I guessed that made it difficult to relax during the treatment. Overall, I think for the price they could have done a lot better. I am looking forward to trying the Spa Mandalay next. Pros: Common areas Cons: staff
