I've been to Canyon a couple times now. I've enjoyed their great fitness classes, outstanding spa, and signature ""hot rock"" massage therapy. However, the last time I visited the spa, the front desk staff lost my appointments. They actually scheduled my services for the wrong day, so my sister and I were forced to take appointments at different times. I was also told that only a male therapist was available even though I requested a female. My therapist, Noa, actually ended up being a woman, not to mention the best massuese I have ever had. So, I guess I'll thank the front desk for their numerous mistakes, which resulted in the best massage I've ever had.
