Review content:
When I dropped the car off in the morning, I told them them the windows will roll down but not back up. When I picked the car up in the afternoon, after declining work due to a $590.00 per door estimate, the driver's window was rolled halfway down. I asked them to raise the window to it's original position that it was that morning. They said, ""Sure, for $590.00."" I ended up having to take the car to another mechanic and pay $40.00 to roll the window back up. Some places wanted to charge as high as $100.00 to correct Lamb's mistake. The upside of the story is that I still had to pay Lamb's $40.00 to tell me my power windows didn't work. Wow. Thanks Lamb's, but isn't that why I took the car in in the first place?
Pros: clean floors
Cons: dishonest, condescending, expensive
