Just brought our dog in for shots and check up. Very dissapointed in the service. First of all she was a bit nervous they told us the last time she was there they had to muzzle her she almost bit the holder. So they handed us a torn old muzzle for us to muzzle her. Needless to say our dog was not happy. We were unalble to muzzle her so they told us we would have to give her pills to calm her. We had to return and they charged us 12$ for 2 pills. We had no choice returned later with a very calm somewhat lethargic dog. Still made me muzzle her and seems like no one was very friendly or nice. It was a cold experience. Almost 190.00$ for her shots etc. Awfull experience for my dog and me. I will look for another vet and tell my family and friends the same. \r
I am a health care provider and I just felt like the vet was cold uncaring she never even introduced herself to us. I did not know who she was at first and then they started to examine her if you could call it that she was on the floor. \r
I was dissapointed I felt that a vet should know how to handle all dogs despite those that may be a bit more high strung. I felt as if they thought we had some sort of vicious dog which is not what she is. All in All an awful experience.
