First of all let me say if you don't speak Spanish don't bother, the staff that is all Hispanic do not care about making English speaking customers feel welcome that should have been my first clue…dumb me! I found my dream dress here after searching for the past 2 months. I then put a deposit down on a dress that was off the show room floor, the tag in the bag read $799 which I was told at the register was wrong and the gown cost $1499, being that this dress was my dream gown I decided to put a deposit on it anyways. I was told that the dress would be cleaned and one minor repair needed to be made and it would look like new. My wedding was supposed to happen in Nov 2012 but due to family emergency postponed to June 2013. When I finally went to purchase the dress which I was doing over the phone because I live out of state I had a bad gut feeling and sent my mom to buy it since she lived in El Paso. They store knew I was going to purchase this dress on this date because I had been speaking with them over the phone previously the week before. When my mom arrived to pay for the dress it was a disaster...the dressed had not been cleaned or repaired. It had been torn which wasn't before and sequence of the dressed had been ripped off. The dress looked like it had been tried on continually as a store model. So long story to sum it up. Think twice before doing business here and letting your dream be ruined.....thanks to BRIDAL NOVIAS in El Paso I had to restart my search and now have to go with a dress that is not my first choice...thank you again for ruining what is suppose to be my perfect day!!!
