I have been to Echeverri Dental Centar for everyday procedures like regular checkups and also for major-to me it's major-dental procedures such as wisdom teeth removal. My experience has been awesome! Dr. Juan Echeverri knows what he is doing and he and his assistants know how to keep me calm and comfortable during a procedure as painful as having 4 wisdom teeth removed on the same day! They were impacted and below the gum, so it was a small surgery i had to go thru, but Dr. Echeverri did a wonderful job, i did not even have to take the pain killers he prescribed bc, even though i was in pain, it was not overbearing and my gums healed very well after that. The only thing i can say was not up to ""my standards"" was the receptionist lack of customer service, but don't let that fool you, i guess it's because they stay busy but still, they could use a little personal service skills when answering the phones as well. Other than that, my experience at the Dentist is always Great! :) I should also mention that i am grateful that Dr. Echeverri chooses to stay in our neighborhood to serve at reasonable and considerate rates, while still providing excellent service.
Pros: Effective and gentle!
