Review content:
I had bought my daughters wedding dress in Seattle, then brought it to her in Rexburg to have it fitted, as she was she was going to College there. We asked repeatedly for the cost of alterations, and was never given an estimation. The seamstress took 5 minutes with my daughter as she had double booked another bride. We felt very rushed. The wedding was called off less than 4 days later, very traumatic experience for my daughter, and the dress had not been touched by the seamstress. After two weeks and 5 messages later we were told that we would have to pay $100 to get our dress back. 3 months later we were finally told that our alterations would total $425-which was more than the cost of the dress originally! We picked up the dress for $75 and are taking it back to Seattle, where we have been quoted $150 for the same job. The Sales ladies were very sweet to us while we were there, but other than that I would say we were treated unfairly. Very dissappointed with whole Treasures experience. I bought both of my other daughters dresses from ""Circle of Love"" in Rexburg and never had an ounce of trouble.
