Don't take your car here. It will take them so long to fix it that another more reliable place will open up before they are done working on it. The employees are rude and incompetent, always yelling at each other, and blaming someone else when they screw up. I have taken my car here a few times, only because it is the only place in the area open on nights and weekends. Every time they manage to screw something up and take at least four hours longer than they initially estimate. Most recently, I took my car in last night around 7:30 for a battery change and for them to check out the car for another fairly minor problem. They said it would take an hour and a half to do a diagnostic, and since I live near by and have experience with this shop taking longer than they say they will, I decided to go home and pick it up in the morning. When I called around noon today, they said they were still working on it and to call back after 3. When my boyfriend called around 2, we were informed that they guy who would be LOOKING at the car wouldn't be in until 3. So they had our car for 8 hours without doing ANYTHING to it or even diagnosing the problem. They also gave us an estimate on the battery change, which we said ok to, and then after they changed it they tried to charge us twice that.
