After getting tired of the vicious cycle going back and forth between a low-priced carpet cleaning company and getting on my own hands and knees to spot-treat, I called Paneless Window Cleaning/In Style. I had not used them prior due to their higher estimate. However, I was impressed by the professionalism and honesty received as we talked about their products, equipment and training, now understanding why their cost is typically more. Wow - was it my loss for not using them sooner! (My husband still thinks they just moved to Dallas. Ha. Now that's our little secret.) It's been months since they've cleaned my carpets and windows - and my feet still love the clean, silky soft fibers. Their professionals also gave me wonderful tips that continue to work-- and that doesn't include me getting on my hands and knees anymore! I excited that the search is over. I will use Paneless/In Style again, but joke with the owner that if he didn't do his job so well, then maybe I'd call them more often. If you want to support a great business run by an honest owner - AND end up having brilliance to enjoy and show-off - ""Run, don't walk.""
