What I can tell you about Green Horizon, is they are very professional. They make sure to call you 30 minutes prior to the appointment. They are always on time. They are very proactive and not reactive, which I love! I don't have to have a "to-do list". They anticipate when our next visit should be.
I feel like they care for me as a customer and that's why I've continued to use them for about 6 years now. They keep me involved and make me aware of any issues. If there's an issue or a potential problem that will need addressing at a later date, they'll make me aware of it. I think it's just the fact that they are proactive and not reactive.
From day one, I have trusted them completely and have been totally comfortable with them. My brother first recommended them to me, and then I recommended them to our father, and now my entire family uses them. They have helped to create a really nice family environment for me.
