Review content:
A facial at this place is not a pleasant experience. The equipment is old, barely working, and dirty. I think they actually reuse the sponges they use on people's faces...mine smelled like laundry soap!?!?! The same bed they do bikini waxing is where you will lay to get your face worked on. It didn't smell or look clean to me. The brushes used for applying the mask had rust on the metal which extended onto the upper area of the bristles, machine brushes were green from something...gross!! Water wasn't hot enough. It was very uncomfortable for me to be in a room with all those cold surfaces. Tile floors, bathtub, and shower stall. It gave the illusion of cold, which is never comfortable. Facial massage given is way too hard to get that done more than once every five years! Personal preference, but I didn't enjoy the smell of the room. A spa should smell fresh and clean.
Cons: Too expensive for what you get
