This was our second time using iFreedom Direct. We shopped around at 5 other major lenders to include, wells fargo, navy federal, usaa, marine federal & US Bank. We even went back to our original lenders(BofA) and asked them if we could lower our interest rate and they wanted $11K to do it. We worked with Zack Nelson this time and he was great. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. He consistently beat out the aforementioned lenders offers each time I came back to him. Thanks Zack for your professionalism and hard work! -Lee B.
