I went into the subway and it is terrible. I came through the dive thru and the staff was playing around with bread making inappropriate gestures. I saw that and just wanted to leave. That is suppose to be served to customers. This is just unexceptionable. Then while I was waiting at the second window I heard the employees that were making the sandwich talking trash about the way I wanted the sub which was wrong. Maybe if they spent more time focusing on the sandwich they were making instead of trash talking me it would of been right. (this was Saturday 12/17) I come into Subway almost everyday for lunch and Every Saturday with my daughter the dinning room was a mess and all the employees are fooling around or just standing around texting.. The weekend mornings are the worse and since the employee's don't wear name tags its hard to pin point the employee but there is a guy and a girl that are always saying inappropriate things to each other. As I said I come in with my daughter and she doesn't need to hear things about what they do at home and or out side of subway. They are either talking to another customer about it or to each other. The male is also very rude. Another Male that was on drive thru he has blond curly hair just jokes around on the microphone he makes funny voices and changes them It may be funny to him but not to the people in my car. The weekdays are run slightly better but there one older women who is just so rude to every customer. She has an attitude no matter how polite you are I asked for my points and she said in a snotty tone ""The receipt shows the points"" that may be the case but I don't save my receipts and I may not come in for a couple days so I am not going to remember is it that hard to look it up? From what it looks like it only takes 10 seconds This store needs some serious changing. I don't know where the manager but something needs done and maybe she should be over seeing the place. I don't even want to come in here any more and they will loose some business because I send all my employes to that subway and I do alot of take out orders. I'm a great customer but I have had enough.
