Sobak has helped us get started with our modification a couple years ago and helped us through the rough ride in this down economy and hung in faithfully with patience. Also dealing with the mortgage bank was truly a stressful challenge, but all in all Sobak never lost communication with us and the mortgage Co. We tried dealing with the mortgage company on our own and they rejected our proposal more then once...Sobak helped us pull through it and our modification went through successfully! I want to thank Tony Sobak and his team for all the patience and time spent on our file. we are truly grateful!. \r
