Review content:
I took my Toshiba laptop to them at the end of December 2012. After many calls by myself to them I finally got word on Jan 28th, 2013 it was fixed. I went and picked it up and paid them in full. They in return gave me a 45 day warranty. When I picked the laptop up I noticed all of the deep scratches on the top that were not there when I took it to them. Lets say I was not happy and brought it to their attention and they said they would replace the lid. I got the laptop home and I booted the laptop and it seemed to be fine but after a minute or two the screen froze and had lines running through the picture. So I called and they had me return it. A month later I get it back after them saying they would replace the top they hand it back to me with the scratched top and tell me my motherboard is fried. How did it fry when I dropped it off he himself (Mark) booted the laptop and seen that it booted and worked fine but would keep it to see what the screen did. Oh and let me just say I showed him a picture of what the screen looked like in case it didn't do it right away or wouldn't do the same thing for them. \r
His response to my husband was he isn't paying to replace the top on a dead laptop. It wasn't dead when we dropped it off. And he also said because we didn't take pictures of the top before we dropped it off they would not replace it. So they refunded the original payment and now I have a even more screwed up laptop. And they refuse to talk to you and hang up when we call or hang up on us when we bring everything to their attention. \r
This is not a business that I will ever be returning to. It took me driving down to the store to confront Mark(the owner) who was going to call me back with information. This went on for 3 weeks. I will NOT do business with them ever again. \r
After 2 months of them having the laptop it is in worse shape then it ever was when I dropped it off.
