I brought my scared 10-year-old-daughter to have two cavities filled (we were scheduled for two more the following week). Her friends at school spent recess telling her scary stories of their own visits to the dentist and how much getting a Novocaine shot hurts. She was in tears by the time we got into the exam room and I was anxious for her. You won't believe it! Not only did Dr. Pockrass and his staff manage to calm her down to the point that she got all four fillings down in one visit, they managed to fill the cavities without using ANY numbing agent. I'm floored that they pulled this off. Instead of walking out with a numb mouth, she walked out with a smile. Incredible!!! Highly recommend Dr. Fred Pockrass and his staff.
