This program really works. You learn to eat healthy foods and lose weight. They teach you how to keep it off forever. I have tried alot of plans and could not stick with them, but on this plan you get to eat your own food and even eat out. The girls teach you how to be consistent in your weight loss. The new location is in Short Pump at the WalMart Shopping Center, on the end. 364-5757. We all need a little help with our weight at some point in time, so let Weight Loss Forever do what they do best, and get you on the fast track to a new slimmer you. I lost 30 pounds. Give them a try, you will be thrilled.
