This was most horrible cleaning experience ever! A maid was sent to my house wearing sweat pants, a dingy white t-shirt, and a toboggan hat. She showed up with a contract that committed me to 5 cleanings before she began cleaning. After my wife and I complained to the owner (Todd) about the lack of cleaning that was done he became very rude and offensive and even hung up on my wife. I called him back to tell him never step foot on my property again and his response was “I’ll see you in court”. Locking customers into a one way contract and them taking them to court when they complain must be the norm for his business. After going to court we are out of $400 and had only one cleaning done.\r
