I needed my car towed and the job was passed to protech by roadside assistance. I was told they'd be there at 1:45. They got there early...which might have been great,e xcpet I was relying on the bus to meet them at my car and was in the process of walking to the meeting spot. They called me at 1:26 and again at 1:30. When I called them back at 1:31, they said, ""Well, where were you? We called and called and waited and waited, and you never showed up. So now you need to start the whole process again.""
Seriously? Needing to have your car towed is stressful enough. You show up early, wait 4 minutes, then when the person calls back 1 minute later you're too far away to come back and get the car? That's the caring and understanding attitude I needed today. Thanks, guys.
If you have a choice, choose someone else. If you call roadside assistance, request anyone else.
