My motorcycle broke down on a Friday afternoon in the rain. Called my MoTow (AAA for bikes), and they sent these guys. While I waited, I looked up the other reviews and and they were horrible. So expecting the worst, the driver called me 10 minutes before arriving just I was told, and he had everything he needed: a flatbed, a front wheel chock, and tie down straps. He took great care with my bike, both loading it and unloading it at home. On the way, he even was careful to avoid potholes and any roughness that would cause undue stress to the upright bike. All good in my book.
