I really like this place. Been going here for my last three haircuts. Today though I ended up being extremely disappointed. I have always had my hair cut and my beard trimmed and shaped for their base price which is $14. Today Libby, the lady who cut my hair but have never before, did a great job on my haircut. She basically just ran the clipper through my beard and then lined my lip a little. She did less to my beard than the last two barbers whom I have seen. After she finished, she told me it would be the regular price for the haircut and then $4 more for the beard trim. I was thinking, ""What? I have never been charged for a beard trim before and you barely did anything to it,"" but I didn't say anything. I don't if she did that because I am young and she thought she wouldn't get a tip or what, but I left livid. When I got home I was able to take a closer look in the mirror at my beard and she didn't shape/line the hair on my cheeks to give a straight line. The lining she did along my jawline was barely noticeable nor did she ""blend"" the length to match the rest of the beard. And that is why I have decided to write this review. I had to do all these things just now myself that I paid extra for, but never had to previous to this visit. Libby will never get my business again, regardless of the great haircut. To me, that's just shady and poor professionalism.
