Buyer Beware - Do not go to this store! Last Saturday I purchased a laptop at this store, and paid $99 for ""set up"" service, which was supposed to include installation of any programs I purchased and transfer of my files from my old laptop to the new laptop + up to 4 hours of training on Windows 8. I went back and forth from my home to the store at least 4 times over the course of the weekend, bringing them my old laptop, checking on the status of the data transfer. Finally I thought they were finished on Sunday at 6 pm, but when I got home I found out that the files from my old laptop had not been transferred to the new laptop. On Monday I brought all of my purchases back, over $1,000 worth of merchandise, including the laptop and accessories. The store refused to refund the $99 for ""set up"" claiming that the service was provided, although it was not because the data was not transferred. The assistant manager, Shamar Needham, had the nerve to claim that I had removed the files before bringing the laptop in for the data transfer, and then put the files back on the computer. I showed him that the dates of the files date back years, that it did not make any sense what he was saying, but he was adamant that the files were not on the laptop when I brought it in for the data transfer. Buyer Beware of this store! Their tech associates are incompetent and the management is dishonest.
