Jim's Automotive is phenomenal, honest, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I recently took my older station wagon, that is in mint condition, to Jim's because the dealer couldn't find the part or really knew what the problem was at all. He new exactly what the problem was, and fixed it in three minutes and didn't charge me. He regularly doesn't charge me for fixes. I've been going there since 1979, and the shop has changed owners over the years, but they've always maintained a great reputation. In 1979 the shop fixed the starter on my 43 year old ford. They work on my daily car, my vintage convertible, my Cadillac, and my old station wagon. I trust them completely and they take the utmost care of my vintage convertible. While it was there waiting on a part, they put it on a lift and covered it, so it was safely out of the way. I've seen all types of cars in there. There is no problem that is too difficult for them to solve. They are perfect, and honest, and have performed some miracles on my Cadillac.
