Review content:
I needed to have my toilet reseated because it rocked and there was seepage from the floor. The individual who came out was on time, explained everything he would have to do, offered alternative solutions and explained in detail how I could do it myself if I felt capable, which I didn't. He let me watch him the entire time and explained each step he took, the parts he was using and why and cleaned up after he finished. He was informative and had a great sense of humor. I will call them first when I need plumbing work.
