Review content:
The moment I pulled into the service area with my vehicle, Dwayne came out immediately and helped me out. He was extremely helpful and have nice. Great service. He explained to me exactly what would be done and that I would be reached as soon as the service was complete. He also let me know about the next check I would have at 20,000 miles. The only issue I had was when I came back to pick up my car at the cashier area. There were 3 employees behind the desk in which all saw me standing there but continued with whatever they were doing. They didn't acknowledge me at all. Two mean were on the computer doing something and an old lady was doing paperwork it seemed like and like she was frustrated or something. 4 minutes after standing there, she said ""your here to pick up your car?"" I said yes ma'am and she did my paperwork and I believe Sonny brought my car around. He was very nice as well. Dwayne and Sonny made the visit pleasant and well the cashie r lady could use some improvement. Thanks!
