I recently purchased a classic Saab 900 with an unknown service history. I brought the car to Swedish Automotive for a top to bottom assessment of the car. Jeremy Philippi, the Service Advisor was very helpful in explaining all the things needing attention... From the items needing immediate attention to service issues I could put off for awhile, which took a bit of the sting out of the considerable expense of rehabbing the old Saab (hey, I knew going in these cars aren't cheap to maintain!).
As usual, the loaner cars are an invaluable bonus to me, and all things being equal, are one of the reasons for choosing Swedish Automotive over other Saab specialist garages in the Seattle area.
No, they are not the cheapest place in town, but I will continue to bring my old Saab back to Swedish for servicing, because I trust their work and value their emphasis on customer service.
