Went to visit a family member during posted visiting hours and was encountered by the rudest and most un-professional government employee I have ever met. ""I'm here to see so & so was responded with ""I told you I'm busy, come back in 20 mins"". Excuse me but I just got here, what are you talking about? ""I'm Busy coming back in maybe another 10 mins"" is the excuse I was given not to allow us to see our daughter. Mind you this is a Tuesday night in April during visiting hours when your supposed to be open to allow people to visit.\r

""Come back in 20 mins or so, I'm busy"" became ""Come back in 10 mins or so"" then after 20-30 mins all we heard was ""I said I'm busy come back in another 30 mins"", ""I don't have to grant visiting rights"" , ""Come back tomorrow"" and then finally more attitude in between all this. We waited all day to visit since visiting hours are only 7-9pm. \r

Very disappointed with the Arcadia police department at a time when a family member is in need. People like this get fired in the real world jobs, they don't have the government to protect them and their pension.
