Run DO NOT put your home in this park. First Joe and Alison will tell you how good the park is to live at. Stop DO NOT believe anything coming out of their mouth. Everything is a lie. They get your home moved into the Park and when you go to sign the lease then they tell you that you will have to pay two water bills you will have to pay to them 29.50 and you will also have to pay water bill that SAW mails you. My lease is up and now they have raise the water bill 34.50 my lease will be up in May. So it Do Not matter if you have a lease they will go up on your lease when every. They also charge you $29.50 administrated fees. I do not no what the hell thats for. BE CAREFUL, read your lease before you let the move your home into this park. Please trust what is being said on these reviews Do Not be a fool like some of have been. I did not look-up this park inadvance. If I had know I would not be here.
