Review content:
I have called RAS this weekend because my ac system was not cooling at all. I was happy that they were able to get to my house within a short notice on a Saturday. The technician was very polite and took his time to test the system. He told me that my coil has a major leak and that it was still under the manufacturer's warranty. He put some Freon in it to get me through the weekend and told me that the office will contact me first thing Monday morning to go over the next step. I was very happy to receive as promised a call at 8:30 Monday morning and I was told that the installers were already on their way to have the coil replaced. I am very happy to know that there is still honest, professional, and fair people around. The whole experience was awesome and I highly recommend RAS.
