After leaving the Sanger McClain RV shop I took the coach directly to Tiffin in red Bay, AL on Thursday. They started to work on it immediately. I want to thank you and Dustin for really great support. Each of the folks I dealt with at McClains were especially customer friendly and took exceptional care of my coach. You were very kind to send the two men to my house to remove the main awning, since the coach could not be moved with the awning hanging down as it was. Dustin and his paint and body person did an exceptional job with the repairs to the body and painting to the rear of the coach. The Tiffin specialists were impressed with the body repairs and painting. I really appreciate the service i received and for you and Dustin. Hopefully I will see you in the fall when it is time to winterize and service the coach.
