On July 31st I paid $301.68 to have my car fixed (coil replaced) by this shop. 1 month later same problem started happening again. Tim told me that I really needed all my valve covers replaced to prevent this problem from continuing to happen so I trusted him and paid him another $427.13 on September 26th. When I left I noticed car running just as bad as when I dropped it off for the second time. I called him and he told me to give it a few days for the oil to burn itself off and it would be fine. I gave it a week and problem only got worse so I brought it back for the 3rd time for the same problem. I dropped car off on October 07, 2009 and he didn’t even call or return my calls until October 13th, 2009 to tell me it was going to cost me another $400 and some change to fix the same problem. At this time I decided to refuse service and report to the BBB. I have been completely taken advantage of and hope that BBB can help me do something about this. I will testify in a court of law or anything that needs to be done on a legal note. Cons: Took me for almost $800 and car was never fixed
