Took my cat here when we were going out of time. I can't begin to explain what a great time Mr.Nibby and I had. Well, didn't stay there lol but I mean the customer service was just superb. They are extremely dedicated and are the epitome of perfection. They treated Nibby as a person not just an animal, and I truly appreciated that. When I called to schedule an appointment, the woman who answered my phone call was extremely nice. I asked for a quote and she told me she would get back to me. Within a couple hours, I received an e-mail and a phone call. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name but if I find her e-mail I will update my review with her name. I had also requested a quote from a few other companies. She was the last one I called but the first one who returned my call. After a few days, I received all the quotes. Sure, they were a bit more expensive then a few of the companies, there were a few really cheap ones too. I decided to go with them. I went with Mr. T and roamed around the place. It was great plus they have 24 hour surveillance. We came back a week later and Mr.T looked happier than ever. I am so glad I stumbled upon this place via City Search. I honestly made an account just because this place was so incredible, I couldn't help but write a review for them. Thanks a lot and continue being great :)
