I recently purchased 14 - triple pane windows, a new steel door & gutter covers from Hanson's. The new windows have made my 56 year old home look new! I just love the look of the triple pane window! I have had many compliments from my neighbor's, my mail carrier & other contractor's that have worked on my home. Most of all, I love the ease of the windows & energy savings. I have owned this home for seventeen years & for the first time, I have no winter drafts from my windows. These windows are fantastic! I also want to acknowledge the salesman, William Conaway, who went above & beyond to address my changes over the labor day, holiday weekend, & due to a miss-measure, I had many pleasant conversations with project manager, Felicia Gonzalez, who kept me updated on the re-make. While everyone gave 100%, the installation crew assigned to my home gave 110%, even helping me re-hang my window treatments. I am disabled, & sincerely appreciated the extra help. Not only do you have a superior product, you have a dedicated superior staff. I reviewed many different window manufacturers & I am totally satisfied with my choice - Hanson's is the best!\r
