AWFUL !!! .. tried going here 3 different times, specifically so I didnt give my business to the box stores. All I got was attitude each time. First time I need a key made nut its an encoded key and they dont do those. I didnt nknow that but they sure told me. Why be rude I didnt know. 2nd and 3rd times were both for replacment parts, on seperate occasions. I just needed the part, I knew what was broken each time. However because I didnt want to take the equipment in to be inspected they felt wronged The first time the 'man' almost seemed angry. The second time the person started to sound like Bill OReilly calling me ""SIR"" ... uptight arrogant jerks .. PERIOD
