Dr Stratford saved me on a Saturday! I was spending time with my Dad, who is in a nursing home. I dropped his lower denture on the floor and it broke in half! In a panic, I searched the Internet for a dentist open on Saturdays, and found Dr Stratford. I called him (he was at home so must have his office number forwarded) and I explained what happened. He assured me he would take care of my Dad, and said he would call me back when he arrived at his office. He wanted to check with his lab to see if they were open that day too.\r
I received a call back from him an hour later, and he said lab wasn't open until Monday, but they could repair it and have it ready by Monday afternoon. I met Dr Stratford in his office after he arrived in, with the broken denture in hand. He kept reassuring me that they would take good care of my Dad and fix the denture. He is such a sweet man!\r
I received a call from him on Monday morning, and he said the denture would be ready by 1pm that day (sooner than originally thought). When I went in to pick it up, Dr. Stratford explained that the lab could see that the denture had been broken twice before, so the lab reinforced it for added protection. He also explained that four of the teeth had fractures in them, so something to keep an eye on. He told me if there were any issues or future needs, he would be happy to take care of them.\r
I am so happy I found this wonderful Dentist! I would not hesitate to see him for my own dental needs in the future. He is so caring and reassuring!
