Valerie was referred to me and after numerous upsets (to the point of constant hair loss) with other stylist I was skeptical to say the least. My experience however, turned out to be the BEST! Valerie is professional, in addition she took time to listen to my concerns, explain her procedure process, what she could and could not do with my hair and why not. My hair looks awesome and this is the BEST, full body, and moisturized relaxer I have ever had! Valerie is professionalism @ IT"S BEST!
