Got Smoothbeam for my acne scars at the Astoria location.\r
Each time I went in for my session, a different lady performed the laser on me. They were all inexperienced and burned my sensitive skin. After complaining to L.K, they offered me to have the sessions again for 30% off. Seriously, are you f*cking serious? I am left with scars on my face and -$2,000 in my wallet.
