I had worked for Hegedorns store for over 2 years! I absolutely LOVE Mr & Mrs Hegedorn!! They are absolutely the best people to work for. As far as another persons' comment on attitude, I believe EVERY store world wide, has some employees with attitude.. sometimes, someones' speaking is taken as an attitude when the customer does not the attention or answer they want!
