I thought I would give money to the mom and pop shop but not only does the female owner and incompitent general manager rip you off, they charged me for more than I used of their half a**ed broken machine. I had to take it back 3 times. The last one they sent me with was fully broke and the owner wanted to charge me for the whole day though they sent me with something that was totally useless. She lied about the charges to get me to sign the last bill but have now found out that she kept my deposit and charged me for a day that was spent going back and forth dealing with them only.The owner and manager used major excessive fowl language, had no manners or couth, overcharged me, and renigged on the dicount. I will never recommend their equiptment or their bad attitude. The assitant manager was the first person I spoke to and the reason I decided to rent from them in the first place(the only one with a brain and customer service skills in the store). I will be going to home depot where they honor their mistakes! And I suggest that the poor assistant manager find a new job. From what I hear these people are no good, I wish I had heard this sooner or looked at reviews but I just moved to this side of town.
