While at first we were happy with the treatment that Dr. Branam's office provided to our children, we quickly began to question some of his methods. The fact that the parents were not allowed to go with the child for the exam to "encourage independence" seemed like an acceptable idea even though we were somewhat uncomfortable with it.\r \r This has led to our planned exit from entrusting Dr. Branam with our children's care. The problem has risen because without the parent?s consent on multiple occasions now they have treated our children with uncovered procedures thus sticking us with bills for uncovered procedures that the insurance will not cover.\r \r Not allowing the parents to accompany the children in the exam rooms, providing treatments without consent, then expecting the parents to pay the uncovered bill is totally unacceptable.\r \r Although they may specialize in pediatric dentistry and handle the children well, they obviously are lining their pockets with additional money by p
