Review content:
My husband and I used AHI for temporary housing while in between construction jobs. We needed our corporate housing from September until January pending it could be a month more. AHI had guaranteed to check with us before they did anything with the rental we were in. My husband called his agent and told her we would need our place for one more month, the month of February. She indicated another agent had rented it out already and we would have to go to another corporate apartment. For just one more month; this was very inconvenient to move again and it was in an area inconvenient for us. He tried hard to convince her to keep us where we were for just one more month. However, there was nothing that could be done different; it was already promised to someone else. Okay so we had to move again. We made it very clear to AHI we only need our new transfer for February; no longer than that. This is why we pleaded to stay in the previous one. One month is all we will be here for. This was also understood clearly because AHI was in agreement that we could rent the garage from the previous corporate apartment, which we needed to avoid moving everything again just for Feb. Okay so we move out Feb. 28th, we got our March Credit Card Statement, and AHI charges us for the month of March. They will not reverse the charges because they said they didn't know we moved out. WHAT??? We desperately tried to change their minds to keep us in that first housing for just the month of February because of the inconvenience. Yet they say they didn't know we moved out. My husband communicated clearly with his agent and all the AHI agents. They all became dumb when it came to billing us though. They still won't reverse the charges. Corporate housing is NOT cheap. We will NOT do business with them ever again.
