My best friend and I were trying to find her mother, who had been taken to the hospital after a very bad accident. We ended up at this hospital by mistake, because there was another just down the road. Everyone there was very helpful in calling around and trying to help us findout where she was. The emergency waiting rooms were overcrowded and I can't even begin to imagine what the wait must have been to be seen, but everyone was pleasant and helpful and did help us get where we needed to be.
PROS: very nice people
